Routine vaccinations, puppy & kitten programs, and booster schedules
Blood panels, urine testing, fecal analysis, skin and ear cytology
Parasite prevention, microchipping, nutrition and weight management
Diabetes, kidney disease, heart conditions, arthritis, and long-term medication management
Medication administration, fluid therapy, wound care, ear treatment, and nail trimming
Senior assessments, quality-of-life consultations, palliative care, and compassionate at-home euthanasia
Pet passports, travel health certificates, export documentation, and invoices for pet insurance claims
Equine halotherapy
Salt therapy (halotherapy) uses medical-grade salt particles dispersed as a fine mist inside a specially adapted mobile trailer. Your horse breathes in the microscopic salt particles, which travel through the respiratory system — loosening mucus, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall airway health.
It's completely natural, drug-free, and non-invasive. Sessions can be used alongside regular veterinary treatment.

Call or WhatsApp to tell me about your animal. I'm available Mon–Fri, 8:00–18:00 — and for emergencies outside hours.
From Aljezur to Vila Real de Santo António — I drive to your home, yard or stables, anywhere in the Algarve.

I'm Paula Siebert, a qualified veterinary surgeon providing calm, professional veterinary care across the Algarve.
I believe most animals are happiest in familiar surroundings. That's why I chose to offer a fully mobile service — allowing pets to be examined and treated in the comfort of their own home, where they're often more relaxed and less anxious than they would be in a clinic.
Whether it's a routine health check, vaccinations, end-of-life care, or something more urgent, my aim is always the same: to provide compassionate, honest veterinary care tailored to both you and your animal.
Alongside caring for family pets, I also work with horses, farm animals and local rescue organisations, giving me experience with a wide variety of species and situations.
I speak English, Portuguese and German, allowing me to support clients from many different backgrounds throughout the Algarve.
